I guess I've been real busy lately because obviously I've been negligent in updating this thing recently.
Life speeds up so you gotta either get outta the way or jump into traffic. Did I just make that one up? I dunno, I just wanted to say something fun.
It has been sooooooo nice out recently here in Chicago. Sunny days, breezy nights, windows open, ahhh. But of course, we woke up today to cold, wet, heavy snow on the ground, and a wind like nobody's business. I knew it was too good to be true. Weird, being that today is the first day of SPRING and all! Anyway, not unusual. So just get over it people and stop getting bent. (heheh) But seriously, I was looking back to an entry from March 30th and we had 3 inches then, so this is actually progress I hope. It should be warmer by Monday and we should get NO MORE snow after that. Mark my words.
When it was nice, I managed to run outside, and take Buddy for a few walks. We had to wear jackets, but hey, it counts! The half-marathon training is coming along, I've been shaving time off my miles, so that's good - I'm getting faster, but it's only getting harder and harder as I add more distance. So pray for me. And these knees.
It's March Madness time and my bracket is going well so far. My Sweet 16 is intact except for one team, grrmmbahh, GEORGETOWN!!! More like Sweet 15. So, anyhow, we shall see....
Myles' 9 monther is Thursday, so more to follow then....

My bracket is so messed up and Georgetown and Kansas are the least of mt problems.
And our weather here is crazy. Earlier this week it was in the 80's and yesterday most of the day was in the mid to low 40's with lots of wind.
Can I get a 9 and 10 month picture update please????
